Return & Refund Policy

At It’s Herbal, we are dedicated to providing high-quality herbal products that meet the highest standards. As our products are personal care items, we do not offer returns to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers. Please review our policy carefully:

No Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have been delivered. We recommend reviewing the product details and ingredients carefully before making your purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You can reach us at contact@itsherbal.in with your order number and photos of the damaged product.

Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive an incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you.

For both damaged and wrong product cases, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method if a replacement is unavailable.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been dispatched. Once dispatched, no cancellations will be accepted.
